Your Content and IP Rights You’re responsible for any artwork, logos, or text you upload for custom boxes. You promise it doesn’t break copyrights, trademarks, or other rights. By ordering, you give us a license to use it for production and display. We don’t own your content, but you indemnify us against claims.
Design and Artwork We offer free design help at 72 DPI. Need higher res? Ask for a quote. Submit files in CMYK at 300 DPI—we’re not liable for color shifts or blurry prints from your files. Approve proofs before production; once approved, changes cost extra.
Proofing, Materials, and Liability You must approve final designs and specs via email. We match colors as close as possible but can’t guarantee exact matches due to printing limits. Our materials aren’t food-grade unless specified—tell us in writing. We’re not liable for errors like spelling, wrong sizes, or folds if you approved them. For eco-packaging, we follow 2025 EU rules on reusable materials where needed.
Orders and Payments Orders are final once paid. We process via secure methods. Prices include no die/plate charges; shipping is free worldwide. Turnaround times are estimates—delays from customs or events aren’t our fault.
Shipping and International We ship globally. You’re responsible for duties, taxes, and compliance with local laws (e.g., Belgian packaging regs). Risk passes to you on shipment.
Indemnity and Limits You agree to cover us against losses from your content or breaches. Our liability is limited to order value—we’re not responsible for indirect damages.
Disputes and Law Governed by your jurisdiction, e.g., U.S. laws. Disputes go to arbitration. For EU clients, consumer rights apply.
